Private Bellevue Estate

Integrating systems at this Mercer Island private estate, HTI worked with the architect, builder and homeowner to design, engineer, and install a complete lighting control system, distributed audio, distributed video, home automation, network, security system, shade and drape control, and central HVAC control. The homeowner has the ability to control any system with conveniently mounted touch panels and wireless remote controls. All audio video control equipment is installed within a centralized area of the home.
